NETWORK AUDIT
A Network Audit allows suppliers and operators to have a better understanding of their network, discover problems, and increase their competitiveness in the market in terms of quality, following the suggestions given by the Brightcomms consultants.
This service is conducted in 4 phases:
Phase 1: Initial meetings with the client, moment in which a formal relationship with the client is established. This step helps to determine the appropriate path to follow throughout the project, according to the needs and priorities of the client.
Phase 2: Collecting the Data, this process is crucial for this service given that Brightcomms consultants have to ensure that all the necessary information is gathered from the network elements involved.
Phase 3: Network Analysis, in this stage a complete analysis is conducted including all the data collected during the second phase. This information is organized and analyzed by experts in each field, ensuring that always the best recommendations for this service are delivered.
Phase 4: Final Meetings with the client, where the Brightcomms staff formally presents to the client the results of the network audit and explains in detail the information included in the final reports to be delivered.
