Brightcomms has a global support center that allows the personnel located in different projects around the world, to be able to access and seek help, consulting the experiences that the company has had in other markets.
This center gathers a combination of experts who manage a centralized database of information from all the company projects.
The support center can also be used by customers to send questions or problems encountered, where the Brightcomms staff will gladly support them.
